Welcome to the GOLDEN GATE CHAPTER of the California Society of Health System Pharmacists (CSHP)! CSHP is the premier California based pharmacy association to help you develop your leadership skills, talents, and abilities.
Mission:
- Promote pharmacists as integral members of the health care team
- Advance Patient-oriented drug therapy and foster the optimal and responsible use of drug-related technologies
- Address legislative and regulatory initiatives and maintain public standards as they relate to the profession of pharmacy
- Promote the pharmacist’s value in the community and facilitate communication between the integral members of the health care profession and the consumer
- Provide leadership and support for our members in the areas of emerging health care trends through Continuing Education, Professional Growth, Networking Opportunities, & Community Service
CSHP is the largest pharmacy association in California, with over 3,500 members. CSHP members share a common mission – to promote, protect and expand the pharmacy industry. By becoming a member you gain access to the largest state affiliated Seminar for health-system pharmacists, continuing education opportunities, pharmacy news and information, opportunities to network and interact with other advocates in the industry and much more!
We encourage active participation to promote the profession of pharmacy through education, volunteering and professional networking events. We invite all pharmacists, technicians and students in the San Francisco Bay Area to join us today and help shape the future of the pharmacy profession.
